CTS Therapy Always on Hand
Wrist-Aid MD is a drug-free orthotic patch worn on the wrist to treat carpal tunnel syndrome.
It lifts up on the wrist to expand the area in the carpal tunnel so that the nerve and tendons inside can move and heal.

Wrist-Aid MD achieves relief through a lifting action and without the use of any drugs or invasive mechanisms.
Actively Reduces Symptoms
By continually lifting up on the wrist, Wrist-Aid MD reduces pressure in the carpal tunnel, providing active daily relief.

Common Questions
Do I need insurance to purchase Wrist-Aid MD?
No insurance and no prescription is needed to purchase Wrist-Aid MD (though we recommend getting a diagnosis and treatment recommendations from your doctor). Wrist-Aid MD is an over-the-counter device for carpal tunnel syndrome.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We recommend that Wrist-Aid MD be worn for 8-10 hours a day for at least 14 days to feel significant reduction in symptoms. You should also continue following your doctor’s CTS treatment recommendations, including reducing the activities that cause your CTS and related symptoms and wearing a brace at night. If you still don’t feel your CTS has gotten better, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Is Wrist-Aid MD like a brace or splint?
Wrist-Aid MD is not a brace or splint that restricts your hand and wrist in a neutral position. It is a small stiff patch applied to your wrist and lets you use your hands like normal. It works like a nasal decongestion strip or spinal decompression therapy, non-invasively stretching the wrist tissue above the carpal tunnel.
How do I dispose of Wrist-Aid MD?
Wrist-Aid MD is composed of a plastic arch and an adhesive. The plastic arch could be recycled where #5 PP plastics are accepted.
How long do I need to wear Wrist-Aid MD?
We recommend wearing Wrist-Aid MD for 8-10 hours a day for at least 2 weeks to start seeing results. Wrist-Aid MD can be worn whenever relief is needed. After a full month of wear, symptom relief lasted up to 2 months.
How do I know what size to choose?
Wrist-Aid MD comes in 3 sizes designed to cover most wrist shapes and sizes. Please refer to this guide for help choosing your size. You can also purchase a Trial Kit to see which size fits best.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes, if you are new to Wrist-Aid MD and not sure if it’s right for you, check out our 14-day Trial Kit!
Or get a free 7-day trial pack when you subscribe!
What activities can I do or should avoid when wearing Wrist-Aid MD?
Wrist-Aid MD has a strong, biocompatible, hypoallergenic adhesive and should stay on your wrist throughout the day and throughout most activities. However, activities involving significant water exposure (especially saltwater and sweat), excessive bending, or where things can get caught on the wrist easily should be avoided to ensure Wrist-Aid MD stays on as long as desired.
Can Wrist-Aid MD be used with other CTS therapies?
Wrist-Aid MD can be used whenever you need CTS symptom relief in between wearing wrist splints, hand therapy exercises, or other more involved therapies.
Wrist-Aid MD is Scientifically Backed and Clinical Proven
Our Expert Team
Designed by a mechanical engineer who had carpal tunnel syndrome himself, Wrist-Aid MD was developed over 5 years and involved research partnerships with Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and local clinics.
Award-Winning Research
Recognizing the scientific value and therapeutic potential of Wrist-Aid MD, the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) awarded us the President’s Research Initiative Award and the Technologists Member Recognition Award, and the US’s National Institute of Health (NIH) awarded our team an SBIR grant.
Proven in Clinical Trials
